My Underground Tips To Guarantee Weight Loss

I wanted to start off my blog with a topic near and dear to my heart. And that is the topic of losing weight and weight loss.

I’ve personally have been on a lifelong journey of losing weight and keeping it off. After trying just about everything and anything out there I’ve learned a lot of lessons that I think will help people.

So here are the lessons I’ve learned in no particular order.

1. You can lose weight fast, but you have to put forth some effort.

I see people all the time talking about how you can’t lose weight quickly. Not true. In fact you can lose it very quickly and in a healthy way. It’s not the easiest thing but it can be done and it’s so worth it. In my opinion this is much more effective than trudging along losing only 1-2 pounds per week on some mainstream plan like weight watchers.  But other plans like the HCG diet can be very effective and don’t have any HCG side effects. But realize it is work and takes some effort. Not a big deal for most but some people just want to take a magic pill. Let me save you a lot of time and money by telling you this, there is no magic pill! Yes there are medications that make you lose weight but they will cost you the price of your health. I like the HCG diet plan because it’s quick, healthy and natural and there aren’t any hcg diet side effects to be worried about.

2. Keeping it off is the important part.

Losing weight when you find the right plan is fairly easy. In fact once you are in the groove it feels almost effortless. But remember that you have to keep it off. The problem with most dieters is that they lose the weight then immediately go back to their old habits and gain it all back. Just remember, you have to change yourself. It doesn’t even have to be a big change but there must be a change. If you go back to old habits you will get your old results again, fat! Even people who get extreme weight loss surgeries gain it all back if they don’t change themselves.

3. The people around you will affect your results more than you think.

I see this time and time again. A person starts a new fitness program or diet and do well for about a week. Until their family or friends convince them they don’t need it, or it’s unhealthy, or whatever. It seems others get uncomfortable when we try to improve ourselves and try to stop us at any cost. So I suggest ignoring everyone and only letting the positive people stick around you. Your health is too important to waste on the negative people out there. It’s tough because it’s usually people close to us like family, but I don’t see any other option sometimes than to keep them distanced from myself.

4. Lots of things work. Find the one you like.

There is no shortage of diets and workout routines that work. Shocking isn’t it?! But most of them work and they are effective. You just have to find the right one for you that you will FOLLOW and STICK to. Because execution is key, you must do the plan! So get out there and find the one right for you.
